King III is a results-driven operations and business leader with more than 15 years of progressive experience spanning military service, large-scale retail management, corporate project oversight, and hospitality operations. His career reflects a consistent pattern of leadership under pressure, operational excellence, and measurable performance improvement across diverse industries.
Mr. King currently serves in the Disney College Program within Contemporary Bell Service Dispatch, where he ensures secure asset handling, operational coordination, and service delivery aligned with world-class hospitality standards. This role complements his MBA in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, strengthening his strategic understanding of service-based and experience-driven enterprises.
Previously, as a Field Project Supervisor with Walmart Corporation, Mr. King managed budgets, monitored sales performance, ensured compliance with corporate policies, and collaborated closely with construction leadership to maintain project alignment and operational integrity. His leadership background also includes serving as the District Training Sales Manager for RadioShack, where he drove a 25% increase in wireless sales and a 35% overall sales increase in a single year. He trained and managed over 150 associates across 16 stores and played a critical role in hiring and developing more than 500 employees.
A U.S. Army veteran, Mr. King completed two tours in Iraq and supervised more than 40 Soldiers, demonstrating resilience, operational discipline, and expertise in process optimization. He received multiple Good Conduct and Meritorious Service Medals in recognition of his exemplary service.
Technically proficient and strategically minded, Mr. King brings expertise in project management, training and development, research and data analysis, digital media production, and Adobe Creative Suite.
